KayLynn has been employed by Natco since August 2021. She was hired as a full-time Member Service Representative but now splits her work week between the credit union and Natco Community Empowerment Center (NCEC).

KayLynn holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Ivy Tech. Prior to joining Natco, KayLynn worked as a tax preparer and office assistant. During the 2022 tax season, she played an integral part in our free tax preparation at NCEC.

She currently spends part of her week as a Member Service Representative at the credit union and the remainder of the week as a Community Outreach Specialist at NCEC. She has an understanding and compassion for those experiencing change and working through difficult times. After the loss of her husband in 2007, she received generosity and kindness of others to help her navigate her new circumstances.  This heightened her passion for helping others and being active in our community by serving on boards and attending a variety of non-profit events.
