Natco is sponsoring a Community Pumpkin Decorating Contest!

  • The contest is open to community members of all ages
  • You do not have to be a member of Natco Credit Union to participate
  • Pumpkins can be carved or painted
  • Write #Natco75YrsStrong on a piece of paper and place it next to your pumpkin
  • Take a photo of your pumpkin and the hashtag
  • Follow us on Facebook (facebook.com/NatcoCreditUnion)
  • Submit your entry by inboxing your photo to our Facebook page
  • Public voting will determine the top 3 winners (each winning a $75 gift card)
  • Ten entries will be drawn at random to each win a $20 gift card
  • Entries must be submitted by midnight on 10/24

We will post each entry on our Facebook page on 10/25. You are encouraged to share your entry to get votes. Voting will be open through 10/31. Each winner will be notified through Facebook. Prizes can be claimed at a Natco Credit Union office.

Annual Indiana Credit Union Foundation Bowling Event

Natco staff participated in the Indiana Credit Union Foundation Annual Bowling event in Indianapolis on August 27th.

As part of the Indiana Credit Union League, the Indiana Credit Union Foundation manages contributions from individuals, credit unions, and organizations to provide scholarships, grants, programs, and credit union development. The Foundation board oversees the donations and requests to support financial literacy, community education programs, and disaster relief programs.

Fayette County Bicentennial Celebration

Fayette County celebrated their bicentennial from May 16th – May 19th. The 4-day celebration included performances by Daniel Rodriguez Tenor, The Tom Daugherty orchestra, plus local bands including, made new, Rob’s Garage Band, and Claypool Block. Other events included a youth day, Randy Ollis, Civil War Reenactors even fired a cannon several times a day. The Armed Forces Day was a great success. Natco Credit Union was a proud sponsor of the event celebrating 200 years and counting. During the closing ceremonies, we received this gold coin in recognition of our sponsorship.

Holiday Travel and Debit Card Use

If you will be traveling outside the state over the holiday weekend and plan to use your Natco debit card, contact us in advance.

Temporary changes need to be made to your card in advance of your travel to allow use out of the local area. Please notify us by completing the Debit/Credit Travel Security form inside home banking at least 2 days prior to your travel or call us at 962-2561.

Natco Credit Union Recognized with the Half Century Business Award by Governor Holcomb

Natco Credit Union was honored by Governor Eric Holcomb during an event held at the Indiana Statehouse on March 21st. Natco was among 65 Indiana companies and organizations who were recognized for their company’s longevity and service to its employees, community and the state. Director of Marketing, Karen Houser, accepted the award on the credit union’s behalf. The award was also presented by Indiana Economic Development Corporation President, Elaine Bedel.

For the past 75 years, we have provided loans, checking and savings accounts, credit card options and other financial services to members of our community. Membership is open to individuals who live or work in the following seven counties – Wayne, Fayette, Randolph, Henry, Rush, Union and Franklin.

Paws for Love

During the month of February, our Richmond offices are raising money for the HELP Shelter. The annual Paws for Love campaign takes place in February and 100% of the money raised is donated. In 2018, we raised $226.39. We plan to exceed that amount this year.

If you are looking for a dog or cat to complete your family, stop by the HELP Shelter (2101 West Main Street, Richmond). There are many animals looking for a forever home!

Offices Receive New Furniture and Donate the Old

We are so excited to have our new office furniture!

Since our old chairs are still in good condition, we decided to donate them to the Kiwanis Auction!

The auction is on Saturday, March 9th beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the National Guard Armory in Richmond. There will be several new items available including gift certificates from local restaurants. Plus, used items donated from local businesses will also be up for bid. Money raised benefits local children.
