Will members automatically have access to the new home banking?
No. Members will need to enroll in the new system.
Will members still use their account number to enroll?
Yes. Each individual will use their own member number to enroll/log in.
Can members change the user name to something other than their account number?
Yes. The user name can include alpha and numeric characters and can be changed under ‘Update Personal Information.’
What happens if the user ID is already being used?
Members will be prompted to create a different user ID.
Will text alert details from our old system be converted to the new system?
No. This is a completely new system.
Will cross-account information from our old vendor be carried over?
No. In the new home banking, members can transfer to any other member when they enter their account number and name. No set up is required on our end. Unfortunately, the information will not be saved so they will need to know and enter the other member’s account number and name each time they wish to transfer.
Will members use the same mobile app?
No. They will need to download a new app from the App or Play store. Search for ‘Natco CU – Mobile Banking’
