Lillian has been employed by Natco since 2019. She started as a Member Service Representative and has advanced to her current position as a Member Relationship Expert. In this role, Lillian works one-on-one with new members who are opening a new account. She works hard to ensure their needs are being matched to the best financial solution.

Lillian is also available for a free credit check. She meets with members to review their credit report and suggests ways to save them money and create a plan to improve their credit score when needed.
